- My Orders Section: You can also view your order status and consignment details directly in your Account Dashboard.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Orders are delivered to the exact shipping address provided by the customer during checkout:
- Please ensure your complete address (House/Door number, street name, landmark, town/village, district, and correct 6-digit PIN code) along with an active 10-digit mobile number is entered.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, wrong PIN code, or repeated unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the parcel.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and immediately notify us with photographic proof at kpscvaani@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 90084 90405. We will promptly arrange a replacement as outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
