* 10 years' experience in any of the following areas:

   - Public administration

   - Law

   - Educational field

   - Social service

* Experience working with public / community organizations is a compulsory qualification.

* Candidate must not be members of any political party and banned association.

*Candidate Must be able to tour the rural areas of the district for inspection, field visits / field work.
